Spring Forward: How to Handle The Time Change!

Spring has sprung ya’ll!!

Tonight, we spring forward. So what does that mean for your family? Well…this one is the easier of the two time changes, so technically it won’t change much.

There are two approaches you can take;

1) do nothing-wake your child at your desired wake time, and roll with it!

2) shift your day by 30 minutes for 3 days, then go right back to your normal schedule. So, if your child typically goes to bed at 7pm, the clock will now read 8pm. Put them to bed at 7:30pm for 3 nights, then move right back to 7pm!
